
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation, and natural healing. It is offered through light touch or hands held just above the body, supporting the flow of energy throughout the system.
The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words: Rei, meaning “universal wisdom” or higher guidance, and Ki, meaning “life force energy.” Together, Reiki can be understood as spiritually guided life force energy.
During a session, many people experience a warm, calming sensation as energy flows through and around them. Reiki supports the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—often promoting deep relaxation, emotional balance, and an overall sense of peace and well-being.
Each session is a peaceful, restorative experience—an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and return to balance.
